As a copywriter for the nation’s largest animal rescue organization — and the founder of the no-kill shelter model — I create content across direct mail, direct response, social media, email, web, and more. The December Last Chance Holiday matching fundraiser was a direct mail campaign, including a triple match from donors, and sent to Golden Circle members to raise valuable year-end funds for the animals of Best Friends.
As the copywriter for the Best Friends partner brief, I came up with headlines and stories for the online newsletter circulated among some of the organization’s top partners.
I collaborated with Houston Pet Talk magazine to create a multi-page feature spread about Best Friends.

The Forever Friends newsletter is a monthly, direct mail newsletter created by the Planned Giving team to help celebrate donors who have chosen to give to Best Friends via their estate or will and to cultivate interest in prospects or leads.
